Questions teams ask before they start

Is there a permanent free plan?

No. New accounts begin with a full-feature trial. Current duration and eligibility should come from the live billing catalog instead of being hard-coded across marketing pages.

What is an AI answer run?

One buyer question sent to one AI model counts as one answer run. Running it across enabled models uses one answer run per model.

How is the supported engine set managed?

The currently supported engine set is included according to the live product and pricing catalog.

Are media placements included in subscription pricing?

No. Subscription software and optional third-party media placement should be shown as separate commercial lines.

What counts against the monitoring quota?

Each question asked of each engine in a run. Quota is an account-level shared pool, and it is checked before a job is queued rather than after the work is done.

What happens when quota runs out?

The action is blocked at the moment you take it, with the shortfall stated. Nothing silently fails halfway through.

Is media placement included in a plan?

No. Media placement is a real currency cost and is kept in a separate wallet, so it is never mixed into a subscription price.
