Information we collect
Account, organization, website, usage and submitted content data needed to provide the service. For connected Shopify stores this includes store name, product titles, descriptions, prices, page content, blog content and store policy pages, accessed through the Shopify API with the permissions you approve at install.
How information is used
To operate the product, complete requested analysis, provide support, secure the service and improve workflows.
AI and subprocessors
To run visibility tests and generate content, we send store and website content — such as product titles, descriptions, prices and policy page text — to third-party AI model providers (currently Perplexity, whose API also serves GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok model families) under their applicable terms. We send the minimum content necessary for the requested task, and we do not send customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, orders) to AI providers.
Retention and control
Retention, deletion and access controls should follow the production policy and legal obligations for each data class.
